Louis’ List was an app exploring how digital guestlist tools could better support event organisers and door staff in fast-paced nightlife environments. Existing solutions were widely used but often difficult to navigate, creating friction when managing attendees, updating lists and checking guests in under time pressure.

The project focused on simplifying core operational flows such as event overview, guestlist management and real-time check-in. I designed interaction patterns that prioritised speed, clarity and flexibility, including support for multiple staff users, last-minute edits and custom guest attributes. Alongside the interface work, I developed the visual identity and brand tone to position the product as a confident and recognisable companion for organisers working on the door.

Although the app was never released, the concept progressed to a near-build stage and was tested informally within the team. The project demonstrates my initiative in identifying service design opportunities and translating real-world operational challenges into practical digital solutions.
